Be angry and sin not!
If you agree with the following ideas and frequently remind yourself of them. (Especially when agitated) You will find your anger at others changes from unhealthy to healthy!

3 I am not wrestling against this person but against demonic powers. Ephesians 6:12
4. This person is a captured slave of the devil. They are the one who is in trouble. If I talk to them nicely, then the Holy Spirit might be able to free them. 2 Timothy 2:24-26, Romans 6:16
5. Sometimes, our worst enemies make the most powerful servants of the kingdom. I will envision this person using their gifts for God. Acts 9:15
6. All, all, all sin is against God and NOT against me. I need to be the priest who stands between the offended God and pleads, “Father, forgive them.” Psalm 51:4, Luke 15:18, Luke 23:34, Acts 7:60
7. I am to give thanks always FOR EVERYTHING. Ephesians 5:20
8. Remember, what they intend for evil God intends for great good. Genesis 50:19-21
9. Justice belongs to God. If I judge and seek revenge, I am in the place of God. That will never go well. Romans 12:19 Ephesians 4:23
10. Maybe I am being falsely accused, if it for Christ’s sake? Then rejoice and be exceeding glad. If not for Christ’s sake but still falsely accused, is God trying to get my attention through them. 2 Samuel 16:10, Matthew 5:11,12
11. Nothing belongs to me, not my time, not my things, not my reputation, nothing! 1 Corinthians 6:19 Romans 14:7-9
